My Experience in Intramurals

Intramurals are school-based athletic competitions where students compete in various sports and games. As an athlete, I would say this event plays a significant role in the lives of many students. In intramurals, we don’t just play to win—we also build relationships, grow as individuals, and learn important life lessons. One of the things I value most about this event is how it allows us to break barriers and avoid bias. Sometimes in school sports, favoritism exists—some players are chosen based on popularity rather than performance. But during intramurals, everyone has the chance to prove themselves through actual competition.


Participating in intramurals has been one of the most memorable and exciting parts of my academic journey. I’ve already joined three times and have had the honor of representing our school on each occasion. For me, it’s more than just a sports event—it’s a time of fun, challenge, teamwork, and personal growth.
